Unofficial ban on Tamil version of Sri Lankan National Anthem lifted

The unofficial ban on singing Sri Lankan national anthem in Tamil was lifted by honorable President of Sri Lanka Sri. Maithripala Sirisena and he goes on to have said that he will unite the nation. It’s is a welcome news. It will improve the economy of the country and the standard of living of the nation across all religion, caste and mother tongue.

In both Sinhala and Tamil it’s a beautiful song.

It was a miracle that the country could bounce back from the economic collapse within a short period of two years.

History of Sri Lanka
